AB Artistry has been in the hair industry for 3 years, honing in on her craft to create dimensional looks, high end hair extension services and elevate your self care experience with carefully selected organic and/or low tox haircare products. BOOKING: Clients are required to fill out an online Consultation Form on my website. If it has not been completed, it will be sent to you via text (682 238 0411) and/or when your appointment is accepted. This will need to be filled out at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. This will help me have a better understanding of your hair and inventory for your service needs, helping the appointment move as swiftly as possible! By filling out the form and/or booking your appointment online, you accept all the policies listed. If the forms are not completed by the required time, your appointment may be at risk of cancelation. If you are unable to access the form, please reach out to me directly to have the details sent through email or text. Thank you! RUNNING LATE: Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to reschedule if your scheduled appointment can not be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” & your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. If there is no card on file, you will have to pay the 50% service cost in order to book again, otherwise you will be banned from booking. REFUND POLICY / CORRECTIONS: My goal is for each client to love their results. All salon services are non-refundable, However, in the event that you have any concerns/ questions or need an adjustment with your service, please notify me within 5 days of your service. When contacting me post-service, please let them know your specific concerns or issues, and include clear, well-lit pictures of the area of concern. We will discuss arrangements for me to visually see your hair & determine what adjustment is needed. I encourage you to feel comfortable to let me know at the time of your service if you notice something isn't quite right, so we can remedy it then and there. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. Please remember, especially with grey coverage/lightening hair, that regrowth will appear, for some people, within even a week or two, and that hair grows on average about ½ an inch per month. Some colors are a process which will include several appointments to achieve the end result. If this is something the client agreed to, a redo/fix due to disappointment in the process will not be honored. Failure to use recommended products or proceed with the reccomended at home hair hair care may prevent the ability to get a redo/fix if the color has faded too quickly. The products and methods recommended are tried and true with the looks I create. When using something else, it may be fine but I will not be able to guarantee the longevity of color/health of hair/how the hair accepts color. Attempting to fix something from home/another salon then requesting a redo/fix will not be honored. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: AB Artistry has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, the service cannot be performed within the time frame booked, or has been assessed that the integrity of the hair will not withstand a chemical service. Hair Extensions: Due to the time consuming nature of extension appointments and our hair suppliers policy we require your agreement and understanding that hair extensions services are 100% non-refundable. A credit card is required to reserve your extension services. Purchased hair is non-refundable. Hair stored at our business will be discarded after 6 months. Extension guests must also agree to our maintenance schedule to prevent any damage to your natural hair. Thank you for trusting me with this service, I can’t wait for you to enjoy your new hair! By continuing with booking any service through the website, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * I acknowledge that hair extensions are an investment and a commitment * I acknowledge the service is final after starting the application. * I acknowledge once the hair has been ordered there are no refunds on hair sales. * I acknowledge that failure to follow home care instructions may result in damage to my extensions and/or my natural hair * I acknowledge that I have discussed the colors, length, and amount of hair needed for my desired look with my stylist * I acknowledge I have (or will have) inspected and approved the hair to be installed by my stylist. * I acknowledge that hair extensions are sensitive and different than intact human hair. I have been informed on proper care and maintenance and agree to follow daily maintenance procedure as recommended by stylist. * I agree that in the event I no longer want to wear/have extensions I am responsible for the total payment of services rendered. * I acknowledge my extensions may shorten over time due to styling, brushing, and wear * I am aware that with proper care the extension installation should last until my next maintenance appointment of 6-8weeks. * I understand that my stylist is not responsible if an allergic reaction (i.e. silicone or metal allergy, contact dermatitis) occurs. * I give permission for my stylist to use photos and videos taken before, during and after my service. * I have discussed and agree to the pricing of my installation and maintenance costs with my stylist (One row, $80-$100, two rows $160-$200, and three rows $240-300. Pricing is subject to change based on customization of installation. Additional cost applies for installations that combine more than one method). Removal cost is $50. There is no removal cost if extensions are being reinstalled. * I acknowledge waiting longer than 8 weeks for maintenance is not recommended and could result in damage to my natural hair and additional costs. * I acknowledge that my stylist is not responsible for damage to my extensions or my own hair if I pursue color, extension, cutting, washing / blowouts or chemical services by another salon or stylist. * I do not hold my stylist accountable for any slippage, breakage, or damages done to pre installed hair that will have services rendered to them. * I acknowledge any adjustments will be offered within 5 days of installation or subject to additional costs. I acknowledge this service is non-refundable. * I acknowledge that my hair extensions will last 6-12 months before they need to be replaced; hard water, drugstore products, or other negligence may result in a shorter lifespan By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that this acts as a signature for an agreement to all guidelines listed above.

Cancellation Policy

ALL POLICIES NEW CLIENTS: New clients are required to fill out an online Consultation Form that will be sent to you when yuor appointment is accepted. An email will be sent to you through the address you booked with, 72 hours before the appointment. Use this email to either confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment.
